What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect only what you type: your name, a way to reach you (mobile number, email, or Facebook name), and the details of your inquiry. We do not collect anything else through forms, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we use it

We use your contact details for one thing: replying to your inquiry and arranging what you asked for (a celebration, a group order, a question). Inquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your request.

Who else handles it

To deliver your inquiry to our inbox we use Resend, an email service provider whose servers are outside the Philippines. Your inquiry passes through and is stored by Resend only to send that message to us. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address for security and reliability. We use no other third parties, and we do not sell or share your information.

Cookies and analytics

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, we will say so here first.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have sent us. Email casaverdeph@gmail.com and we will handle it.
