- Where are the Casa Verde branches?
- Five branches across Metro Cebu: the original Ramos branch, Ayala Center Cebu, Parkmall in Mandaue, SM Seaside City Cebu, and Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
- Do you take reservations?
- Reservations and function rooms are available at the Ramos branch only. Message us on Facebook to reserve. All other branches welcome walk-ins.
Menu & Servings
- What is Brian's Ribs?
- Our signature dish since the early days: baked pork ribs in a sweet, tangy piquet glaze, served with rice and corn & carrots, in original or spicy. It is named after one of the owners' children, and it is the dish that turned a small canteen into a Cebu favorite.
- How big are the servings, really?
- Genuinely big. Solo plates feed one hungry person; Regular plates and platters are built for sharing. The Casa Verde Platter and Brian's Bucket of Ribs Combo feed 3 to 5 people. What you see in the photo is what lands on the table.
- Why do the dishes have names like Brian's, Caryl's, and Thiago's?
- Casa Verde is owned by seven siblings, and many dishes are named after their sons and daughters. Brian's Ribs and Karlamari, for example, are named after brothers. The menu is a family tree.
Celebrations & Groups
- Can you host a birthday or celebration?
- Yes. The Ramos branch has function rooms for birthdays, reunions, and office parties, and every branch handles group tables well. Message us on Facebook to plan it.

- Can I order Casa Verde for delivery?
- Delivery availability varies by branch. Check the Order Online page for current options, or call your nearest branch for takeout.
